night out with maggie last night. watching the ND game at viewhouse. good times.

ahhh.... so good to get out in the sunshine after a week of being sick. rolled out after a mellow morning with maggie (fi and MILs). coffee and shopping. just a pretty mellow 2 hours. not forcing it and making sure to stay healthy.... really good legs though. looking forward to getting on "the plan" in the next couple of weeks.

kinda feeling back to normal. took another day off yesterday. probably the most time off i've taken in a long time... especially when not after a race. planing on something easy today and then see how i feel from there.

gut feeling a bit better this morning.. this has been rough. feel fine but my gut is just wrecked. can't really eat much.

not doing anything this morning to just rest a bit more. if stomach is good and i get out of work early may spin or jog.

rough one yesterday and especially yesterday afternoon. stomach bug back in full force... maybe worse. battled through at work. home around 8pm and straight to bed. taking today off... another one to hopefully kick it. another big of work on tap.

feeling back to normal. that was a rough couple of days. still mellow... ez trainer this morning. all i have time for this week anyway. it will be a miracle if i get this new site for testing by 11am friday. nothing is ready. shit show. going to be a long few days ahead.

what a gnarly day. didn't leave the couch. slept on and off and couldn't really eat. never had a bug so bad that everything went right through me including water. ate some pretzels and half a bowl of chicken noodle soup. back in bed at 7pm.

feeling much better today but not 100%. busy week of work (onsite) so training will be hit and miss... number goal is to be 100% by the weekend.

I've slept 40+ hours in the last 4 days!
