dinner down town at Lucky Pie for our 1 year anniversary and Fi stayed the night her grandma's house. Unimpressed by Lucky Pie. Good beer and meatballs but pizza was lackluster. better options much closer to home.

river & chatffield loop with maggie and ruby. legs tired starting out but felt pretty good after about 30 minutes.

great sleep. Fi didn't make a sound all night!! 8-6.... and still asleep. looking forward to a warm run on some new trails this morning.

met up with mike and a couple of other dudes. we ended up splitting up from them because i did not have time to wait around today. legs were ok. kind of tired but was climbing well. nothing too hard today.

lunch ride on another awesome, warm day. out to deer creek, KC and back. good legs today. having a lot of fun riding. seems like once i decided not to race my bike this year riding became more fun. instead of worrying about how i am going to "train" on the bike i'm just having fun cruising.

mellow cruise on the river with Ruby. Super sunny and nice. running is starting to click. I just wanted to run easy and I kept having to make myself slow down to get above 7 min pace.

a bit cold heading out... about 30 degrees colder than what i've been running in the past couple of weeks. headed out to KC for hill reps. trails were in great condition considering the melting snow.

10 x 90" hill reps. these were hard but felt way better than last week.... i'll take it.
