packing fest yesterday and more today. so glad i got ahead of the garage and everything. packing up the house always takes WAY longer than i think it will. should be 99% done by today.

got out the door and got it done. just hammered the loop. definitely fastest i'ver ever ridden sprinters loop solo. good legs... then packing all day. so smashed now... but pretty much done until the movers come.

last saturday in SoCal. kind of unreal. hit a mtb loop with trevor. So stoked that i've been getting out with him. definitely on the same page these days with exercising.... and riding with him gets me descending a lot faster. gonna miss riding with him for sure..... then lunch at seaside and packfest.

great sleep.

another solid weekend of riding and packing/cleaning out the house in the bank. one more weekend to go. last full week of work in carlsbad.

completely unmotivated in the gym. I can't remember the last time i have had no desire to really train... probably not since i started endurance racing at the end of '05. having fun riding but that's just exercising and trying to maintain a little bit of fitness leading into the move and baby watch 2015.

hip is still not right but not sore or anything just "know" it's there. can't really make it hurt. bone scan next monday. if not sfx about 99% chance it's a sports hernia which would need surgery to fix. i just want to be out in the sun sweating.
