killer run through the lagoon. I felt awesome from the start on this one. ruby was setting the pace for us and was ripping along the entire time. so much fun.

solid run. last 10 minutes were kinda tough.

so nice getting out the door a bit later....

long warm up and then 25 minutes @ steady. faster and easier than last week.

25 min, 4 miles, 6:18/ mile pace - this relatively easy and very manageable.

long mellow cool down.
