much better day from me. the "pain" was a little easier to take. finished 8th on the day with an almost identical field. still a lot of time in the pain cave but technical skillz were there. pretty stoked to race the rest of the series!

Spyclocross Race. holy shit... forgot how much cross hurts... and how much i love that pain. finished 12th in pro/1/2. kind of blew up half way through but was able to hang on to position and not lose any more spots.

915-530. up with beth's alarm. can't remember a time when i have slept this good for so long. since before Kona i have sleeping better than ever.

on it early because of work meetings. headed with pete and rode the typical friday loop. COLD. took a while to get warm. good legs and racing should be fun.

no rush getting out the door. getting work done. ran my typical hour loop in the ranch in the reverse direction. still quite a bit of steep climbs and good running. having fun running right now. no goals, just running.
