tried to jog yesterday. only made it a couple of minute. R lower leg wasn't having it. My calf, shinbone, and knee were all feeling. what the fuck. same old shit. i'll try again soon.

starting 8 weeks of lifting following the hatch method for OH press, power cleans, squat, DL, bench, and front squat to give me some structure. gonna see what 8 weeks does for me and how strong i can get.

R calf still twitchy. not going to force it. may just not run until the new year. probably good for me heading into next year.

up late... couldn't sleep... super rare... too rested? so got a bunch of work done. super exciting.

went to doc about leg... NONE of his tests could make hurt. just hurts walking and can't put much weight on it. weird. got an x-ray (they always do that there) and nothing. shocker. he just told me to take it easy for 2 weeks and see if it's still the same. easy enough.

may try to get some ART. My whole right leg seems twisted outwards.

think i kicked the flu bug last night. still felt pretty crappy all day yesterday but much better this morning.... and haven't eaten a lot. maybe ~500-800 cals since sunday night.

right lower leg/knee? still totally jacked after the race. going to my doc today to have him take a look. as soon as most of the inflammation started going down from the race it started to really bug me walking. i was already planning taking this week pretty much completely off from anything... this issue, the sickness, and the weather (cold as shit and snow this morning) are playing into that!
