Because of my calf I biked from Tägertschi to Eggiwil where the Emmentaler OL was. Nice route, connecting a few places I knew already but could not set in relation to each other.

3-Käse-Hoch Nacht OL (OL Norska) - Geissrüggen
Very nice and fun night-o but a bad idea after the squash during lunch time. Legs were tired after half the race and made a huge mistake to the 7th control. Worst thing was that I strained my calf in the finish chute. I have to rest for some days but hope to be fit again for the TOM.
