Good start, maybe too good. Could keep a good pace along the Brienzersee. Then while passing the flat to Wilderswil I started to slow down and could not drink and eat anymore. Going on towards Grindelwald I could barely rund and started to walk, feeling weak. A first stop, and after relaxing a bit and motivating words by Irene and Gaudenz I continued together with Gaudenz. First it felt ok again but after thirty minutes the problems came back and I decided to quit.
Now, the day after I feel surprisingly good again. I really wonder what I would have to do different to get my stomach under better control.

Nice race up to the Niesen, all along the stairs parallel to the cable car.
Happy with my race, could keep a good, even effort.
Sort moment of sun when I arrived at the top, then cluds came and covered the view.
