An easy run along the Emme to Krichberg and back. Several stops to stretch the calf but it didn't hurt at all. Towards the end everything else was getting tired. Have to build up again now...

Skiing in Marbach with renni. Went there early because I had a massage later in Langnau and there was snow forecasted in the afternoon.
Snow still frozen and good tracks. A bit too many street crossings where you have to slow down.

While driving up it was raining/snowing a bit but just when we made us ready the sun started to shine.
2x the loop "des premiers flocons" and one "milles sapins".
The calf held up very well, I went very careful on the downhills. Nice to be out.
