warm down with mash - des en winnie.

Orienteering 46:34 [4] 9.3 km (5:00 / km)

missing control 1 and 4 by some 10-15 seconds made me decide not to take the race too seriously. Slowed down till 9th and than started interval
(3' fast - 1'30 slow) x 3 + 6' fast

Feeling was much better than last trainings

started of easy pace for 40', than 30' at higher speed running on bubbly grass.

warm up/down and in between the intervals.

13 x 200m - 200m jog in between.
about 32" each.
Kim and Rose-marie did 15 - I didn't feel 10ยจ% after my flu.
About this type of training I am sure they help me although it's not the right moment in the season to do these type of trainings according most theories.
