Together with Hoekie and Ari (first 10 minutes)
after 15' had a hyperventilation... sitting down for about 2 minutes helped to get my Heartrate back to normal and I could continue the training without further problems.
Hoekie was stronger on the 5 hills we did, but still I had a good feeling and could keep running on the steep parts.

took 2 of the steepest and longest climbs in Park den brandt. (about 10m)
6 sets of 3 times up and down the 2 hills right after eachother. about 2 minutes for each set. 1' recovery in between.
