first training since springcup.
Very painful muscle in my left foot, monday and tuesday I wasn't even able to walk properly. Didn't want to force it so skipped trainings.
On wednesday I went "paintballing" with 27 colleagues... FUN.
And thursday I did just a little bit of cycling on the trainer because my foot was still painful.
After the run on friday the pain was worse again. I got this injury at springcup, after saturdays run I felt it already, maybe because my extra support sole in my left shoe moved to the front. Sunday I could make the pain go away in the warm up.
