zero mistake race- very satisfied about that
however I loose time towards control number 1 - bad route choice (at Spring Cup the way to go is STRAIGHT) loose about 1'40" there.

mistake towards 1-6-17
disqualified - mispunched control 5
On the line towards 5 there was another drinking control. Not concentrated enough to understand that it couldn't be my control because I had to cross a small stream.

Towards the end a very bad feeling - lack of energy - slowing down - not able to push... maybe it is always like that after a night sprint for me.

My time was 73' - 3-4' mistakes - and probably loose about 3-4' because of bad feeling. 67 would be a good time.

Race to forget as quick as possible!

- felt strong and looking to my splits I could have run 24'00" That would have been 3' down of the top runners so my speed was great. The mistakes however... at the 3th control I had lost already 3 minutes. After that a bit of a recovery but again some mistakes.

After the race my hamstrings were very sore and this I still felt saturday and sunday- probably an effect of last weekend still in my legs. I'm getting old I guess ;-)

short easy recovery training in the morning in Bremen together with Thomas. Had a pretty good feeling... motivated for tonights race

warm up - feeling so good - very excited - couldn't really get to a high concentration level... not thinking about the right things at the start of the race.

2 laps on finnish track + 14k Slok-training with the slower group to recover.
In the end the legs were sore again, just hope that it's over by the weekend. still 2 days of recovery to go...
