satisfied about the result since I was less than 10% behind the first.
Satisfied about my shape and feeling at the start of the race, I was prepared.
After about 4 laps my muscles around pelvis started feeling very sore... wasn't able to run in the same way. Tried my very best and completed the test.
After the race hamstrigs felt sore, and hip joints are very painful.
Next time if I do this test again I will do it with different shoes, probably my training shoes new balance to give more support and I also will not do the downhills at 100% anymore.
