Legs were very sore but 20' of warmup made them feel a bit better.
Was really focussed and willing to do a good performance. Halfway legs started feeling sore again - especially hamstrings and gluteus medius/maximus.

Possible reasons:
- downhills at physical test... i did these at 100% to gain some seconds but probably this wasn't a good idea
- running with the salomons was maybe not a good idea either

Satisfied about orienteering performance:
just one mistake>10sec: (30" to control 17)
good flow until 17, sure that without the testrun of the day before I would have been able to continue the pace until the finish.

In general I'm still satisfied with the result - Place 4 wasn't far away at all. Now 3 days to make the legs recover before going to Denmark.

satisfied about the result since I was less than 10% behind the first.
Satisfied about my shape and feeling at the start of the race, I was prepared.
After about 4 laps my muscles around pelvis started feeling very sore... wasn't able to run in the same way. Tried my very best and completed the test.
After the race hamstrigs felt sore, and hip joints are very painful.
Next time if I do this test again I will do it with different shoes, probably my training shoes new balance to give more support and I also will not do the downhills at 100% anymore.
