morning run. first 15minutes my body felt sore, arms, legs, ass...
after that everything started to feel better and did some climbs more intense.
All running on a trail through the jungle, very nice.

This afternoon: Snorkeling

went scubadiving and swimming - in total about 2 hours in the water. I saw some very nice corals and fish like NEMO and my favorit was a fish that swim up site down.
holiday is getting to its end in a few days... look forward to next competitions: national race middle distance and spring cup.

first time in my life real rock climbing... great fun and surprisingly hard for muscles in arms and legs. 4 climbs before noon, 5 after noon. Each climb is about 20-25m. difficulty 5-6a.
