after a bad week of training last week, I'm now in Thailand for 3 weeks, very nice training possibilities here in Pai at the moment.
should train before 10am or after 5pm though because of the temperatures...
tomorrow a full day of kayaking.

morning run in Pai, very nice

just a bit of interval to make the body awake.
2 x 1' fast, 40" slow in between, 1 x 2' fast with 2 short hills in it.
Felt pretty strong
good feeling about the new shoes after a few trainings

wanted to go up to the waterfalls which was about 8km from the hostel and do temporuns...
after 10minutes I met the same dog as in the morning. It was really fun to run with him.
The road to the waterfall was pretty stony and going up and down in the valley... Running up I accelerated every time which made the intervals from 10 seconds to 2 minutes. did one longer fast section of 8 minutes on a flat first part with the dog setting the pace for me.
On the road back I tried to run as light and fast as possible in the stony parts. good fun.
tired towards the end, training was a bit too long.
