Belgian Championship Sprint.
Bad shape because of injury at achilles but felt very strong during warm-up so hoped to surprise myself and everybody.
Just before start felt my heartrate went up a lot, too much... was hyperventilating probably. Started off anyway in a good pace but felt immediately that I would not be able to keep that pace. Couldn't recover by slowing down so had to stop. Sat down for 1' and continued.
Heartrate under control, continued and did an ok race from that point on.
