Wednesday Feb 19, 2020 #

flexibility work 17:00 [1]
rhr:48

Stretch plus dynamic warmup
Better sleep but massive caloric surplus from Brazilian bbq last night

bike 1:16:00 [4]

Warm up then 1 hour at 220 watts
Feels like that is about the limit today and second half of the measured hour is steady low 150s HR so need to understand where the easier feeling 250 watt avgs came from 2 weeks ago.

running 38:00 [1] 3.0 mi (12:40 / mi)

tired of riding inside but wanting to see the end fo a game i started watching

Up til 2 last night but not productively. Just a bad decision for 6a wakeup.

rest 1 [1]
rhr:48 (rest day)

No training. Just 1 hour walking between mtgs and a work dinner.

True zone 1

Note

Lower legs sore today
Some ache in left ham and right hip flexor nothing that seems major. Dial effort back a bit. In retrospect not backed off enough on to be “recovery” or “rest” though.

Sunday Feb 16, 2020 #
