running (FAILED ) 30:00  4.0 km (7:30 / km) (injured)
really uncomfortable, sore back, stitch, tickly foot
then my left knee started to really hurt like it used to before... it got better... but worse than usual and i had to walk the rest of the way. was gonna go 6 km and all, but i finished early coz of my knee.
realised today that i have to stretch my ankles well before warming up... before even running 10m quickly. if i dont (this has been happening for months without me doing anything about it) i get this painn in it for about 3 mins. happens even running for a bus though. kind of annoying. and sore.
