Yesterday i was helping my mam bring shopping in from the front door, i took the bag out of the trolley, turned around and wacked my knee against the frame of the door. Needless to say i was in a lot of pain at that moment, could berely bent my knee for the rest of the day, but thankfully the pain only lasted for the rest the of the day and this morning it was a little sore but ok to run on, which did it the world of good. Really enjoyed this run today, felt really relaxed, thought i going slower then i wanted but wasn't really and for the last 20 mins picked up the pace.
