Carnawaddy league event.
Brown course, length 9.1km
This was a horrible run for me, dont know how i manager to finish it, think i should have stayed in bed. Was pretty tired after my run and my hamstrings stuffened up after the journey home.

Intervarsity cross country race at cork it. My first cross country race which was helped by some various orienteers and others cheering me on. It was a good experience for me, hopefully will do it next year again. Wasn't expecting the pace to be so fast and it didn't help that i got a stitch half way around the race. Felt good after the race, legs didn't stiffen up but are pretty tired at the now.
