So I had my physio appointment and I've been told I've a stress fracture so no running for at least 2 months :-/ He did encourage lots of cycling and swimming though so not all bad. Will give me a chance to take up some mountain biking like I've been meaning to for ages. And he seems like a clever guy with a shit load of experience so I feel fairly confident that the exercise/therapy program he's putting me on will fix me proper.

10x 30/30s with Amidou and Torben. Session was a little bit of a mess, didn't start my watching properly so was relying on Torben to tell us when to run fast and slow. Had to stop and tie shoelace during one recovery so that messed me up.
