Last run around home for now.....and with my new watch
Lap with Zac around the roads and back the cliff walk. Plenty of people out and about.

Switched from Garmin to Coros after lots of research and comparisons. Nice piece of kit, could do with an extra notch on the wristband for people like me with scrawny wrists which probably lead to the jumpy HR, I’ve a strap but just need a battery. This run used just 2% of the battery capacity.....
