Nice to have company from Rossa for the session, think he ran ~14:50 last season for 5km (open for correction on this), so a good bit faster than me, 34seconds so maybe ~200m. Just cruising around tonight after the weekend and ahead of the weekend. Felt relatively comfy. Nice and snappy recoveries tonight and we kept rotating pacing. Lots of traffic to negotiate on some of the reps so weaving, slowing and accelerating.
