From the office down along the river, climbing lap of Cairns Hill woods but Brian isn't comfortable on uneven ground so back out to the road and around Cleveragh park for a few laps. Passed some woman who is the only lady to win the Cork City Marathon 3 years in a row. Back in to the office to work on roundabouts for the afternoon and then off to Donegal.

With Brian again but with just did laps of Cleveragh Park in the hailstones. It's a nice grit/gravel loop. Few little climbs in the lap. Really heavy hail right at the end, couldn't really see where we were going and it stung but was good fun and nice to have someone to run with. I think the plan for Friday, weather dependent is to do some hill climbing loops in the woods.

Moved on to the computer system today after spending the last two days learning the theory behind it. 3 assignments completed today on buildings and garden areas, groupings and server validation.

Lunch run with Brian from the office. I've no USB cable for the watch at the minute so climb is an estimate from gbmapometer.

Out along the Garyvoge River, through Cleveragh park and then out along the by the banks of Lough Gil before coming back through Cairns Hill woods checking out the trails. Saw a sign out the route for Inisfree, not on of my L.C poems though!
