Really happy wth the run in general, fast and furious. The planning was good but a few controls were gimmies. The map was perfect everything was spot on. First irish title in the bag now, and glad with how i got it i.e an impressive performance

taking the day off, didnt sleep great woke up this morning and got sick a number of times, perfect just before an exam. So gonna wrap up and try recover before the weekend

lost maybe 40 seconds or so. Got sick on route to 12 not sure why but wasnt pleasant, had to walk/really slowly jog after it to calm the tummy back down, but just got on with it. ran this wit tinted shades which helped a bit with the colour but not aswell as the contacts, however on the run on the beach into the wind they did keep the sand out of my eyes.

shadowing zac with dad, and testing which way is best to run so i can see the colours. Trying to explain to zac to use attackpoints and to assess routes and then just go for one
