Down to the Magazine fort with John for lunch break. 20*Hill reps (~60m long with 12m climbing) short and sharp. Then back up through the park again. All on grass which is nice and tried out the new XC spikes

Got through a good few ringforts and embankment anomalies in Tipperary and finished the soduku in the Irish Times too.......somebody has to do it in fairness.

Started the watch, got a call from dadosh and ended up wrongly saving the run.
