Short warm up only since Donie wanted us to be pretty much done with the barriers by the time the gang were tempo-ing. Just did a few laps and then pulled out the steeples

Just myself and Jess (who actually does this properly) tonight so we jumped the womens heights but good to get used to the motion again of going over them.
