Stride for Success at Auckland University. Finished 4th with a good race against some pretty speedy track runners. Had some stitch issues later in the race. I was aggressive when it was important but stayed away from the crazy sprinting at the start.
I was 2 minutes of winning but I think I can get that in a years time if I'm in the right phase of my training.
Right knee has something going on later in the day
