12 minutes before Stride for Success and 8 afterwards. Was good running the course before the race.

Stride for Success at Auckland University. Finished 4th with a good race against some pretty speedy track runners. Had some stitch issues later in the race. I was aggressive when it was important but stayed away from the crazy sprinting at the start.

I was 2 minutes of winning but I think I can get that in a years time if I'm in the right phase of my training.

Right knee has something going on later in the day

Conditioning for running focussing on glute activation and stabilising. Then some upper body which feels good until my trapezius gets tight. Sore pecs the next day
