Time to try and resume some normal training, since the knee seems to be tolerating the running fairly well. So off to the Thursday night group run from the Arcadian Shop into Kennedy Park. Some hills, but nothing super killer. I struggled to run a time that I used to do on an easy training run, but I've got to start somewhere. :-)
My buddy, Bruce Shenker, left me in the dust. Need to drop about 6-7 pounds and I should be able to keep close then.
