Orienteering 1:28:00 [3] 5.6 km (15:43 / km)

Day 2 of Easter 3-Day. Hill Park Dale. I has a poor run with 3 major errors in the rocks. Knee is a bit sore. A day for sorting the quality orienteers from the also runs.
I'm enjoying staying in York, a most interesting historic town. Our AirBNB is quite comfortable - much better than our accommodation in Perth. I was sitting in the loungeroom when l spotted a mouse running over my bed in the distance. We then herded the mouse around the house. No doubt he had relatives and you can't sleep if you think a mouse is going to run over your face.

Orienteering 22:00 [3] 2.46 km (8:57 / km)

Easter Day 1. Fabulous course at Scotch College. I was going really well, then lost around a minute at control 20. Happy regardless. Now for the AGM minutes...

Orienteering 31:00 [3] 4.03 km (7:42 / km)

Sprint relays at UWA. Enjoyable course and day, despite the showers. I LOVE the bright light over here. Everything blue seems to glow more brightly.

Run 38:00 [3] 5.4 km (7:02 / km)

Run around Blackburn lake and creeklands. Felt a bit more energetic, although may be catching a cold. Either that or all the smoke around is affecting me.
I am hoping 'slow and steady wins the race' applies to W A.
