Orienteering 47:00 [3] 4.3 km (10:56 / km)

Albury Wodonga - Waggaroos event at Cyanide, Chiltern. Course 2. It was a very runnable course and l felt good. Only slight wobbles on the first and last controls, and everything else popped out on front of me.

Run 32:58 [3] 5.0 km (6:36 / km)

Run around Benalla lake and gardens. I felt tired, but set a good pace for me. Sadly, knee was a bit sore so l cut the planned run short.

Wednesday Apr 25 #

Run 50:16 [3] 7.0 km (7:11 / km)

I felt surprisingly good on Mon and Tues, but decided to rest up sufficiently to recover properly from the rogaine. Today l did a trail run in Reef Hills with Peter and felt good, with one of my better times for this circuit.
I cannot explain why my bung knee feels so much better after rogaining!
