Orienteering 1:30:00 [3] 6.61 km (13:37 / km)

Awfully long course for a middle distance! However l knew this would be the case when l heard Rex was the setter. I still felt ordinary but had a few more complaints today:
- shoes too big (now in wash trying to shrink) and toenail corner was digging in to its neighbour (blood).
- missed 4 and didn't notice until 5 (wasn't going back).
- tummy off (hopefully recovers this week)
-eyes watery and couldn't read map.
-tired.
Not my day so just walked as navigation practice.
Came home early to do mine and everybody else's (in the neighbourhood) gardening.

Orienteering enduro at Endeavour Hills, a place l have never been to before and to which l am not likely to go to again. I started jogging but felt a bit off and low in energy so just walked. I have been off colour all week and running a conference as well. I hope to get back into running this week.
