It was a pretty warm morning in the NE and l didn't sleep well (combined tennis and no air-conditioning, as mine failed a couple of days ago). Staggered around the Benalla lake but didn't take the usual single track detours. Loved the tennis, a real lesson in perseverance. Also noted that pink is the new manly colour.
Run around the river trails at Shepparton and then along the bike track. I have a slightly sore foot - l think it might be tibialis anterior tendonitis, unfortunately. It's been a bit sore for some time but l've only just become conscious of it affecting my running.
I slept better last night as it was cooler. Went for a comfortable run around Benalla lake and gardens and finally broke 7 min ks (only just). There was a man on the rotary equipment with a large audience of domestic ducks. I can feel my arms today, so probably should use this equipment more often.
Very humid morning and run wasn't happening, so opted to test out the Rotary club's exercise stations around Benalla lake instead. Liked the rowing machine best.
