Spent the morning course checking with a couple of helpers. I am having a bit of trouble with the easy course as it is not possible to avoid both roads and steep sections. Knee coped OK with slow controlled walking in rough terrain.

Pilates at lunchtime. I tried really hard and am getting a lot stronger. Unfortunately l am also eating far too much.

I visited the physio today to check on my progress. She has helped with massage, more exercises and a taping/bracing regime. There is improvement - I may have got rid of the Baker's cyst (although I will have to see how running affects this). I told her I was taping courses on the weekend and she said that was fine - so long as I didn't go into rough or hilly terrain! Nuff said.
