Walk 1:30:00 [2] 9.0 km (10:00 / km)

A long brisk walk around the hills of Heathmont. I would certainly be fit if I stayed here and ran. Cleaning up and sorting out process at both Blackburn and Heathmont are going well and there is some sort of light at the end of the tunnel.

Walk 1:05:00 [2] 6.54 km (9:56 / km)

I have finally started to come back to life after my lurgy. It took 5 weeks out of my life but seemed nothing more than an infection. I had a number of tests for infectious diseases (glandual fever etc) and oddly the tests showed, unbeknown to me, I had had them all before, but not this time! I have also been busy with house/s and sorting stuff out over the past few weeks. I'm also trying to juggle 3 jobs at the moment - partly with the department and partly with the new fire commissioner - so am pretty busy! Any energy I might have had has been expended elsewhere.

Anyway, I went to street-O in Glen Iris last night and walked around with Ian who cracked the whip to make sure I walked as fast as I could. It was a nice area and nice course.
