Street-O at Kerrimuir. I jogged most of it although my knee was a bit sore - maybe marginally faster than last week.

Walk 1:10:00 [3] 7.2 km (9:43 / km)

Walk around Blackburn. I would have liked to have run but am saving knee for Wednesday.
I went to Rebel Sport today and selected the following in the shoe computer 'female, 64-85kg, mild pronation, running, training, road'. The computer came back with "we have no shoes for you'. While I doubt this was true, I used this as my excuse for not buying anything today!

Orienteering (Sprint series) 39:18 [3] 4.18 km (9:24 / km)

Course 1 at Ruffey Park. It was a great course on a good map, plus very hilly to sort the sheep from the goats. I was a sheep.

Warm and down around the park.

Walk 30:00 [3] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Walk to get my bike from the repair shop.

Ride home.

Street O at Ashburton. It was hot, l picked a bad route and my knee hurt, but at least l went

Orienteering 48:00 [3] 4.8 km (10:00 / km)

Club relays at Chokem Gully. I was 3rd runner - by which time it was about 29 degrees. I made a mistake between 1 and 2, going down the wrong gully. I then drove back to Benalla. Nice to see everyone - although a few people were noticeably missing (lnvis? Jools? Louise?)

Walk around Forest Hill while l was having my car cleaned. BIG mistake - they locked the keys in and then tried to break in, damaging the door. Not happy. .

Street O at Tunstall Square area in Donvale. It was pretty hilly and l was painfully slow, but at least l was there. I am busy at work at the moment - writing the State heatwave plan in a hurry after the lack of said plan recently received significant media coverage.

Run around the bike tracks of Wangaratta. it was very hot and I overheated. I had planned to do 10 k but I had to walk the last 5. I will start earlier next time.

Street-O at Chelsea. I missed the start of the 2 hour event due to daylight savings (l thought l had got up at 7am, but it was really 8am) so had to settle for the 75min event, which probably suited my level of fitnessĀ better. The controls were multiple choice style, which meant lots of stops. However l was pleased to get a bit of a run in.

Walk around Blackburn after attending a conference at Monash Uni today. I will never ask to be let out of work again as l nearly died of boredom - listening to elderly men read the findings of their 2008 research in a monotone drawl all day was a form of torture.
