Canadian Nationals Long distance in Dundas valley. I had nothing left in my legs for the last 2.5km. 5th place and 3rd Canadian, so I got one medal of each kind, gold, silver, bronze, this weekend.
No large mistakes in today's race, just did not have the legs for the last 30min of running or for the hills.

Canadian Nationals Middle distance in Dundas Valley. 4th place and 2nd Canadian, so a silver medal. Good race until the long leg 7-8 where I lost concentration and run without reading the map or compass as it seems. Also time lost on 11 and run out in wrong direction from 11. Nasty climb up to the finish!
