O-Fest sprint relay at NRC's campus. Fun courses by Andrew. Fooled me a couple of times where I didn't see the best route. First loop in the forested north part, second lap in the urban southern section.
Run in Team with Glen Birnie. I tink we ended up in 3rd place?

Control pickup at the far west end of March Highlands, just a nice walk in the forest, too hot for running, and me being too tired from the weekend's racing.

O-Fest long at P17 at Wakefield on updated Riviere La Peche map.
I had a good race, a few seconds on 2nd, didn't see the flag from the meadow so run past it.
A couple of minutes on 8, came over the hill top, then to the right of the control and couldn't figure it out. Beginner mistake not to go up in the big reentrent leading to the control.
Very hot day, could not push on the last few controls.

Technique training at Relais Plen air on norther part of cite de jeune map, but with new Lidar contours by Eric.
Nice training, but it is so hard running in that terrain due to the rocky ground.

Francis training.
Warmup 9 min in tall grass, with increasing intensity every 3min.
plus one loop of tempo run to learn the course, slow jog.
tempo run 1400m, 30s rest, 500m 30s rest, 900m.

tempo intervals with map in forest at Frank Ryan park. Following north lines at speed, then slower recover to next start.
