Local meet from P16 on the nicely updated and expanded Meech Valley South map. It was a fun course and the woods were nice, although a bit soggy in places.

I had a good run, and was very clean apart from a mistake in the control circle on #26.

Technical training at the NRC/ Blair Rd boat launch. Did two 2-3km courses.

Running 1:16:10 intensity: (10:00 @1) + (20:00 @2) + (30:00 @3) + (16:10 @4) 12.28 km (6:12 / km) +30m 6:08 / km

Running training in Britannia Park. Did 10min of running on the rocks at the end of the jetty, then 10min on the beach. Water level was very high so there weren't many rocks to run on. Then 2x2min, 2x4min, 2x2min out and back on the bike path with 1min rest between each.
