B-meet at Constance Bay. I had a very clean run, but I didn't push the running very much because of the cold, although I am feeling a lot better than the two previous days. Ignore the HR after about the 9min mark, the monitor fell down again...

Orienteering sprint training at the new southern part of the NRC map. there were 3 ~2.5km sprint courses to do. I ran them at a fairly easy pace because I got a cold and wasn't feeling that great.

OOC running training. we ran over to the track to the small woods donut where we played some "musical controls" then did some loops around the donut weaving in and out of it. then we placed some garbage bags around the outside of the baseball diamond and did three loops jumping over them. we then did a loop of the school running up and down all the stairs around it, and finally finished with 5x300m with 100m jog recovery between each on the track.
