Orienteering race 53:42 [4] *** 4.4 km (12:12 / km)

middle distance for the Ontario orienteering championships at Blithe Hill. I ran M20 which was course 6. I had a pretty good race with no real mistakes.

Orienteering race 32:49 [4] *** 3.7 km (8:52 / km)

sprint race for the Ontario orienteering championships. I had an ok race but I had some route choices I could have done better and I didn't like the course because it was long for a sprint and there were some long legs, and I got one of my shoes yanked off by an evil mud pit.

xc country race with the school team at Brockville. It was a fairly flat course with one bigish hill. My running felt very slow.

Another morning training with the school xc team.I didn't feel that great, my running felt very slow today, I guess I was just tired.
