Note

I have decided to drop my injured status

I guess 24 years hard labour, 10 years intense rugby and 3 years brains-out hill running just result in a permanent state of injuryness!
2 PM

mountainbiking up at Drumkeragh.
Aim was to ride 2 hilly loops like last time but on the first lap met a family walking thier Alsatian so decided to skip 2nd lap and did the sponsored walk loop instead.

surprised by my time for the hilly loop - 1.5 mins quicker than Friday evening and I felt like I pushed less? could it be that after 3 days not working I am possibly stronger/faster? I am thinking of changing my profession!

Hilly loop - 10.34mins
