This area was done mainly with the headtorch. Greg had all sites tagged and I found them fine - visited a few of the sites before in a race back in 05.

8 PM

roadbiking 53:21 [2] 15.6 km (3:25 / km)
(injured)

Took Harrys MTB down to Langly Hockey pitches (and back) for a run under the floodlights.
It was lashing on the way back!

running warm up/down 14:19 [2] 2.82 km (5:05 / km)
(injured)

Warm-up and cool down around the Hockey pitches

running tempo 15:42 [4] 3.34 km (4:42 / km)
weight:81.2kg (injured)

8 hard laps of the Hockey pitch (290m) followed by short recoveries

slowest 1.05
fastest 0.57

Have decided to keep running - but only on flat surfaces other than road
so the Hockey pitches at Langley are ideal.
