Been doing pelvic floor and reverse breathing and things like leg slides and bridges but now got a more advanced set after pilates yesterday - did once but will try to do twice a day from now on

Actually felt like exercise :) power walk. Lovely to get out on my own and to feel that I could comfortably walk fast
