Pottering about on 'Boris' bikes in Budapest, to the baths and back and into town and back in the evening, probably about 90 mins in total plus 2.5hrs of walking but time spent exercising still less than time spent in thermal baths and saunas

Sprint round the fortress, another brilliant area. Got the first tricky route choice right but was caught out by the second one, must remember to plan ahead

Also did knee warm up exercises before starting rather than attempting 10 mins in when it already hurts and this is a far better strategy, no pain :)
Horrible blood blister though :(
