Time tbc but not a PB, warm ups are a good thing and worth getting out of bed earlier for! Especially in this weather, beautiful though
19.08, quite pleased with that considering when I got in on the Friday night and that Tom and I arrived with only just enough time for me to change into my trainers and him to sort out ipod before start

Day was amazing and good to get out in a bit of the light, lovely sunset as was running through Pentlands, from Bonaly and across to Dreghorn in the dark, then through the park, old Napier campus and back to the canal. Really needed it and felt much better after though still really tired and somewhat grumpy for the evening
