Home from Gilmerton over Blackford, explored a new bit of Edinburgh but probably a bit much road as my knee was sore by the end, ran with bag as well

From Threipmuir with Katia, Paul and Marc around the Pentlands and then I also ran down to work, feeling really good. Knee sore starting out, a bit on a couple of downhills but actually better towards the end

Wanted to run but decided it wasn't sensible for knee so just biking around for work and knitting club. Felt awful as well - should really have drunk more water at climbing

Morning jog with Tessa, good to catch up. Realised I've also been very lazy at getting up as was surprised by the extent of darkness at that time!
