Good run, felt good despite having spent 6 hours out the sunshine before it, got chatted up too:)
Also biked to homebase, to Christina's, to studio 24 and back so about 1 hr of biking plus the walk back from homebase
Plus 2hrs+ of dancing, not as warm as last time, also got chatted up but less pleasing than the running guy

Really tired and lots of stuff to sort out so decided to have a complete rest day today

Plan was b&q, currys, long beach run, homebase, ikea
Reality was online shop while waiting for home start to get car going, currys, faff for 3 hrs getting car towed to garage, meadows intervals, large glass of wine with Helene
Also saw desert runners which was the most amazing film, quite scary though too!
