Sprint intervals in Rugby - brain and legs feeling about as good as could be expected at that time in morning after spending much of early hours dozing on floor next to coughing little man and then being coated in sick when we got up :(
Split start fail but day rescued by Kirsten who let me start and was so happy to get to run round a lovely sunshine filled wood :) o skills need a bit more practice but were getting better towards the end :)
